The spirit of celebration and the rush of adrenaline is always high and powerful in both the most sophisticated centers and the wildest deserts in the UAE. The Liwa festival, from 13th December 2024 till 4th January 2025, is a massive gathering of those who love the sport and the space!

<h3 style="line-height: 2;">Riding and gliding on the dunes is an art and the artists skilled enough to wow us will be pouring in from all around the world to make their mark on the 1600m-long Tal Moreeb sands.</h3>

The famous Tal Moreeb or Moreeb Dune is the tallest in the UAE, and one of the largest hill climbs in the world. At the heart of this celebration of culture and leisure, you can expect hundreds of dune buggies, 4x4s, and other vehicles to come together as part of the winter festivities. The car stunt championships and hill climbing races are gonna be a delight to watch and a thrill to remember. Al Dhafra plays host to some of the most daring drag races, and it's only gonna get more pumped up this year!

Held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Ruler's Representative in the Al Dhafra Region, this extravaganza is all set to kick off on December 13th with a high-powered car exhibition that sets the stage and spirit for competition, along with live entertainment. To cap off the event, the New Year&rsquo;s Eve festivities, including a dynamic concert and vibrant fireworks display, are gonna make it a memorable night for everyone before stepping into the new year.
