The world famous Disney theme park is coming to Yas Island!

Who doesn't love the OG creator of whimsy and childhood wonder? Now, The Walt Disney Company is teaming up with Miral to bring that magic to life with a world-class Disney theme park resort on Yas Island—the first of its kind in the Middle East!

A whole new world awaits you as Disney confirms its first new park in 15 years is set to break ground in the UAE, Abu Dhabi! Mohamed Abdalla Al Zaabi, the group chief executive officer at Miral, says, "This endeavour is a giant step towards making the UAE a global family destination."

This new addition joins its 6 other global partners in California, Florida, Tokyo, Paris, Hong Kong and Shanghai!

The official Disney account says the following on this incredible new project, "This new theme park resort in Abu Dhabi will be authentically Disney and distinctly Emirati – combining Disney’s iconic stories, characters and attractions with Abu Dhabi’s vibrant culture, stunning shorelines, and breathtaking architecture."

Said to be "the most advanced and interactive destination" of their complete portfolio, this is a powerful collaboration that'll set a new path for the UAE!
