These are the times we await in the capital! Brick, Abu Dhabi’s first woodfire Brick Oven is a seasonal restaurant (opens from September to May each year) that brings you a unique culinary experience at the Aloft Abu Dhabi, a rooftop garden that transports one into a serene outdoor space.
This everyday spot offers you the space to grab a bite or a drink with breathtaking city and marina views! Did you know? Each dish is made in one of their two brick ovens, Henry and Henrietta. Henry fires at 800 degrees using cedarwood; Henrietta is milder at 600 degrees using pecan wood to cook smokey delicious dishes, including a wide variety of vegan dishes! Simply a must-try!
So what's new this new season? Brick introduces some new spins on flavors while serving the favorites!
Guests will savor Brick's classics like the ginger chili & lime spatchcock chicken, cedar plank Norwegian salmon, seafood mix grill platter, spicy cajun chicken wings, in addition to the roasted black angus tomahawk steak 1,100 G and apple raspberry crumble.
Not to disappoint their loyal fans, the fresh rustic sourdough bread, pizza, and signature dessert smores still rock the menu space. We have elevated our vegan offerings with a veggie burger and a veggie tajine. To tie this menu to the amazing evening, we have prepared some exciting entertainment with live music by Marvin Lee that suits the ambience.
Feeling thirsty with all these delicacies? Let's quench that as Brick's mixologist has whipped up a new sustainable beverage program this season that caters to cocktail lovers and mocktails enthusiasts with 100% innovative sips.
Expect the trendiest pours by their mixologist that are bottled up and with spices, citrus, and herbs, We have upped our game with an extensive wine list, keeping the classic intact. And for those who want it all, Brick serves pitchers, live pouring station and an exclusive Gin bar.
