For the first time in the Middle East, the MICHELIN Guide Food Festival is landing in Louvre Abu Dhabi Park from December 8th to 10th.

 

As part of the Abu Dhabi Culinary Season, this festival is set to be a landmark event, showcasing 16 MICHELIN Guide-recognized restaurants.

This festival isn't just about great food; it's a gathering of culinary giants. From Lee Kok Hua of Hakkasan to Alvin Leung of Bo Innovation, this is a star-studded lineup. Imagine savouring dishes by chefs who've earned Michelin stars and global acclaim, right in the heart of Abu Dhabi.

The theme "Discover the Art of Flavour" couldn't be more apt. It's all about exploring the unique identities of dishes through their flavors. Each of the 16 restaurants will take you on a journey of taste, offering specially curated menus that pay homage to their regional cuisines.

 

 

Activities Galore: Masterclasses, Chef’s Table, and More

The festival is packed with activities! Dive into six masterclasses focusing on a variety of flavors – from sweet to umami. Don't miss the Chef’s Table, where local and international chefs collaborate in a once-in-a-lifetime dining experience. And there's more – bespoke bar and pastry offerings, a premium hospitality lounge, and even a marketplace featuring Michelin products and local produce.
