Author, television personality, and four-time James Beard award-winning celebrity chef Todd English first introduced his Mediterranean concept Olives in 1989 in Charlestown, Massachusetts. His unique interpretation of Mediterranean cuisine quickly gained popularity and grew to be a prestigious establishment in prominent locations including Mexico City, Las Vegas and the Bahamas – among his numerous other concepts.
Todd English will be bringing the acclaimed Olives brand to Abu Dhabi in 2015 – marking his first venture in the UAE. Situated within Venetian Village on the grounds of the Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal, Olives will offer house-made pastas, steaks, rotisserie dishes and brick oven pizzas in its signature charming, timeless atmosphere, promising a memorable dining experience for all.
