Ancient Mesopotamian goddess ’Ishtar’, associated with love, beauty & desire, also know as the “Queen of Heaven” was the idea behind the creation of this south mediterranean place to relax, dine and enjoy great cuisine at the heart of the marina.

The cuisine at Ishtar draws from the rich and flavourful cuisine of the Middle East. It has a modern, bold and playful take on the dishes of the region, including street food elevated to fine dining and classic dishes of the region transformed to a modern palate.
