Traditionally enjoyed year-round in East Asia, this comfort food will only be available until 31 January 2021 in the format of an a la carte menu in Abu Dhabi that offers a fragrant rice style clay accompanied by chicken, beef or duck. Alternatively, these Cantonese style clay pots in Abu Dhabi include beef short ribs with black pepper, Chinese Kai Lan with beef striploin, lobster, spicy sea bass and chicken with shiitake mushroom!
