Head over to the Four Season Hotel's Japanese venue for a sensational Iftar menu  in Abu Dhabi that is bold, delicious and simply divine. 99 Sushi Bar & Restaurant Abu Dhabi is releasing their flavour filled Iftar menu 2021 that will be available all through Ramadan from sunset to 9pm!






Located right at Al Maryah Island, stun your senses and transport your tastebuds simultaenously while you indulge in an ingredient driven cuisine with a 9 course Iftar menu. 





Start off your Iftar dining experience in Abu Dhabi with Hosomaki (Chu-toro with Leek), Salted Edamame and Capismiso Soup (fermented soy with seaweed, truffle, leek and tofu foam). Make your way to the King Crab Augratin (with wasabi, tobiko and yuzu mayonnaise) as well as the Matsuri Roll where you will taste spicy tuna, crispy rise, jalapeno sauce and avocado. Indulge in 99 Sushi Dubai's Salmon Flambe Nigiri with lime and spicy mayonnaise, and take your time enjoying the Quail Egg Nigiri with Black Truffle and the Flat Grilled Corn-Fed Chicken with vegetables au papillot wasabi, yuzu sauce and yakimeshi rice.
