Now that we’ve heard about French fine dining restaurant, La Salle opening its doors on Wednesday, December 31–it looks 2020 is already off to an epic start!
Located on the shores of Abu Dhabi’s Saadiyat Island, the 42-seat restaurant will celebrate its grand debut with a whopping 11-course tasting menu along with an unbeatable view of the firework display.
Helmed by Chef Sergio Cabrera, the menu will feature only the best in Provençal cuisine including La Bouillabaisse de Marseille, Cuttlefish and Wagyu Côte de Boeuf prepared with specially sourced ingredients.
The Argentinian chef has previously worked in a number of Michelin-starred restaurants across the globe and is often handpicked by famous clients for their own events.
If you’re planning to drop by for a few drinks, you can make a beeline for “Le Bar” where a highly talented team of mixologists will create a wide variety of unique concoctions such as the ‘Hermetic Desire’ and ‘Black Fox Martini’.
