Apart from being an iconic destination for both tourists and locals alike, Louvre Abu Dhabi is now on its way to becoming a haven for foodies as well.
Parisian brasserie Fouquet’s has announced that it will be making its grand UAE debut at the stunning venue next year – and the menu is being designed by none other than chef extraordinaire Pierre Gagnaire.
The Michelin-starred chef owns Pierre Gagnaire restaurant and has created signature dishes for the French restaurant in its Paris outpost – which we’re hoping will find their way to Fouquet’s Abu Dhabi as well.

Jean Nouvel, the Pritzker Prize-winning architect responsible for Louvre Abu Dhabi, will be designing the new restaurant which will feature the brasserie’s most striking décor – including vintage chandeliers, mahogany wood panels and red and black interiors – while maintaining the overall artistic theme of the museum.
The brasserie is the result of a collaboration between the Louvre and Barrière Group – the hospitality group behind a number of restaurants and hotels in France, St Barts and Marrakech.
Looks like this one will be worth the wait!
