Brick, Abu Dhabi’s first woodfire Brick Oven is a seasonal restaurant (opens from September to May each year) that brings you a unique culinary experience at the Aloft Abu Dhabi, a rooftop garden that transports one into a serene outdoor space. An everyday place to grab a bite or a drink with breathtaking city and marina views, where each dish is made in one of our two brick ovens, Henry and Henrietta. Henry fires at 800 degrees using cedarwood; Henrietta is milder at 600 degrees using pecan wood to cook smokey delicious dishes, including a wide variety of vegan dishes. Along with great flavors of food, our mixologist has whipped up a new sustainable beverage program this season that caters to cocktail lovers and mocktails enthusiasts with the inclusion of zero alcohol but 100% innovative sips.
