Due to popular demand, Amerigos Mexican Bar & Restaurant is bringing back its Thursday night brunch, “Mercadito Nights.” Oozing with Mexican flavours and Latin vibes, this 4-hour fiesta will certainly satisfy your cravings for hearty authentic Mexican food.
There will be healthy and naughty options to satisfy everyone including the ‘resolutionists’. Unlimited guacamole and nacho stations are there for guests to eat to their hearts’ content. The chefs will also prepare some traditional ceviche and aguachile from different parts of Mexico as well as classic salads with Latino flavors.
On the parilla are succulent grills marinated in traditional Mexican sauces like Adobo Australian lamb chops, beef skewers, Achiote Chicken, and fresh fish.
Make sure to leave room for dessert as Amerigos is especially popular for its Churros con Chocolate, one of the many options for afters.
Of course, no brunch is complete without some great entertainment so a Latin band will spice things up with live renditions of Spanish and pop songs.
