Giornotte’s award-winning brunch shines with its masterfully presented live cooking stations serving everything from freshly shucked oysters to wagyu beef. Children will delight in the sweet wonders of Dolce café with candy floss, popcorn, waffles and chocolate fountains while parents explore the cheese room and beverage stations. To keep the fun as fresh as the food, Giornotte introduced an all-new entertainment line-up, with our troupe of resident dancers moving to a different beat each month, thrilling the crowd with their smooth moves and acrobatic routines. Followed by an after-party at Sorso bar with a selection of handcrafted beverages and resident DJ on the decks.
