Creamfields Abu Dhabi, the beloved electronic dance music festival, returns on Friday, 8th December at the du Arena, Yas Island, with pioneering masters of the electro scene, deadmau5, Axwell Λ Ingrosso and Above & Beyond headlining the long-awaited event.
A multi-award winning Canadian superstar and one of the most successful DJs of modern times, deadmau5 is no stranger to the charts. With five critically acclaimed albums, as well as his platinum-certified single ‘Ghosts ‘n’ Stuff’, deadmau5 pushes the limits of electronic music through influences of techno to old school and everything in between. Boasting a back catalogue of colossal hits and known to thrill fans around the globe, deadmau5 will bring an unforgettable set to the Abu Dhabi stage this December.
Joining them in headlining the beloved electro event are wildly successful dance music legends Axwell Λ Ingrosso. From Grammy Nominations to DJ Mag Top 100 chart successes, they have it all. Having headlined at Coachella and EDC, the duo connects with fans through their infectious energy. They have spread their influence across the continents, and now they are ready to bring their signature sound to fans in the Capital.
Above & Beyond, the UK’s most adventurous electronic band, is an English progressive trance group consisting of members Jono Grant, Tony McGuinness, and Paavo Siljamäki. Formed in 2000, they are the owners of London-based electronic dance music labels Anjunabeats and Anjunadeep, and are also host of a weekly radio show titled Group Therapy Radio, with over 500 episodes since 2004 and reaches 30 million listeners in 35 countries – every week.
The night will also see live local DJ’s within the electronic music scene, by the likes of MaDJam, Hollaphonic &Arcade 82.
Adding to the eclectic mix of talents, Creamfields shapes the regional music industry by showcasing regional and local artists, both new and established, to get the Capital dancing all night long.
