AWARD-WINNING COMEDIAN TREVOR NOAH WILL BE PERFORMING IN THE CAPITAL!
It’s finally happening, people!
Everybody’s favorite stand-up comedian, Trevor Noah is slated to bring his ‘Loud & Clear Tour 2019’ to Abu Dhabi this October – and you know we’re going to be front and center for this one!
While the popular host is no stranger to the capital, the upcoming gig should help fans recover from the shock cancellation of last year’s show; Trevor was set to make an appearance at Yas Island’s du Forum in December but a vocal chord injury forced him to cancel out days before.
But, that’s all in the past. We’re glad Trevor’s doing much better now and will be back in the capital for two back-to-back shows – on Friday, October 25 and Saturday, October 26 – at du Forum.
Trever has come a long way since taking over ‘The Daily Show’ in 2015, replacing former host Jon Stewart. He has gone on to win numerous awards including an Emmy for Outstanding Short Form Variety Series for his show.
His autobiography, “Born a Crime: Stories From A Southern African Childhood” will soon be made into a movie starring famous actress Lupita Nyong’o, who will portray the host’s mother.
Tickets for the Abu Dhabi show start from AED 395 and can be bought from Ticketmaster.
