Welcome spring with a beautiful Spanish festival on our sandy beach.The Spanish buffet will present classic favourites from Bravo as well as signature creations of our guest chef from Barcelona, Jordi Gimeno. Meat-lovers will enjoy the flavourful Meatballs with Brava Sauce while others can try Spanish traditional Gazpacho Andaluz With a Prawn Tortillita. Chef Jordi prepared something special for the gourmets – try a unique Black Fideuà (a dish similar to paella but using noodles instead of rice) with squid ink and aioli. Flamenco dance performance & live guitar music will enliven the Spanish traditions.
